About Our Beef

We are a local Treasure Valley ranch family that raises registered Black Angus cattle.

Our genetics (bulls) are used by ranchers throughout the western United States to improve the quality of their cattle. The genetics of our cattle consistently produces high carcass (meat) quality. We are part of a cooperative of ranchers that sells most of our beef in high end retail and restaurants. Our ranch is certified natural (Step-4) by Global Animal Partnership (GAP), which includes an annual 3rd party audit. To learn more about this process CLICK HERE.
